Founded by David Jennings (a/k/a Rare Bird 101) and his father, Caleb's Crossing Whiskey Co. is an American spirits producer dedicated to crafting the finest whiskeys via secondary maturations in French oak. Their flagship brand, Caleb’s Crossing, is a tribute to their ancestor Caleb Jennings, who traveled from Goochland, Virginia to the French settlement of New Bordeaux, South Carolina after serving in the American Revolutionary War.
