Preservation Distillery
Preservation distillery was founded on a farm in Bardstown, Kentucky, in 2015 by Marci Palatella, one of the pioneers of the modern whiskey boom. Preservation bottles micro-batch blends of their own pot-distilled whiskey as well as historical whiskey stocks aged in their on-site rickhouse, and their limited editions are coveted the world over.
