The Whiskey Blendery "The Last Pilgrim"

The Last Pilgrim is an 8-year Kentucky bourbon sourced from one of the state’s oldest distilleries. It was finished in the barrel that previously held our 16-Year Kentucky Pilgrimage Buff/Turkey release, creating a uniquely layered and mature final product.  This is the final use of that famous barrel. 

Nose - Sweet mature oak, antique store, leather, tobacco, roasted peanuts, cocoa, barrel aged vanilla, and cinnamon sugar.

Palate - Milk chocolate, peanut butter, vanilla bean, English Toffee, cinnamon, brown sugar, tea, and mature oak.

Finish - Oak, leather, cocoa, espresso, vanilla extract, cinnamon, Cracker, Jacks, cola, and charred sugar.
