The Whiskey Blendery - Oak-Fashioned Cherry

This delicious oak and cherry forward 12-year 10-month Indiana bourbon was bottled at a cask strength of 103 proof.

Nose- The nose is mature and traditional, soft sweet oaks, caramels cherries and toffees to start. Vanilla and maple are just behind with a very subtle lemon citrus way in the back.

Palate- Caramels, toffees, cherries and brown sugars arrive first with subtle notes of cola, maple, and cinnamon just behind. A beautiful vanilla note brings the oak and ushers in the finish.

Finish- The finish is traditional, mature, and layered. Sweet vanilla bean and oak first, with leather, tobacco, and coffee just behind. The vanilla carries all the way through and a nice white chocolate sweetness appears just above the age notes.
