The Whiskey Blendery - "Claremont Clementines"

Claremont Clementines is a rare 12-year double oaked Bourbon distilled in Claremont, KY in 2014 and then aged in Bardstown. The sweet citrus and Fall baking notes marry nicely with the oak to make this single barrel very unique. 

Nose - orange, brown sugar, apricot, orange rind, old-fashioned, oak, black tea, cinnamon, vanilla, and caramel.

Palate - orange, toffee, brown sugar, tea, cinnamon, vanilla, cardamom, and oak.

Finish - orange citrus, vanilla bean, molasses, black tea, oak, leather, white pepper, and baking spice.
