High Wire Distilling Jimmy Red Wheated Bourbon - 7 Year

The culmination of several experimental, wheated sweet mashes distilled between August 2017 and October 2019 in our original King Street facility, this 7 year old spirit offers rich layers of toffee, baking spice, cherry pie, and vanilla bean with a long warming finish. The 2026 release, marked as batches 7, 8, and 9, is a mingling of 21 barrels made with Jimmy Red corn from a single South Carolina family farm.
