H.K. Young Toasted Barrel Blend (117.4 Proof)

This is an 8-barrel blend of 7- and 8-year-old bourbons. Six barrels in the blend have a mash bill of 78/10/12, one barrel has a 20% rye mash bill, and one barrel has a 36% rye mash bill.

Nose: Sweet maraschino cherries, vanilla, baking spices, and a subtle hint of spearmint.

Palate: Cherries, rich caramel, allspice, and a touch of clove.

Finish: A long finish with notes of peanut brittle and caramel corn.
