Full Ryde Bourbon Small Batch (Batch 2 - 115 Proof)

Co-founded by NFL Hall of Famer Jared Allen, Full Ryde Bourbon is built on the idea that grit and determination deserve celebration. This full-proof, four-grain small batch blends 8-year Indiana bourbon with 13-year cask-strength Kentucky bourbon, bottled at 115 proof (57.5% ABV).

The same 8-year Indiana MGP and 13-year Kentucky sources were used, but the creative team desired a different flavor profile to distinguish Batch 001-25 from Batch 002-25. Wheat bourbon barrels and proof adjustments were the keys to this distinction.

In comparison to Batch 001-25, an increase of wheat bourbon barrels to the blend formulation enhances the flavor profile with increased vanilla cream. A proof adjustment to 115 proof provided rich dark fruit notes to perfectly complement the wheat bourbon notes. These additional notes pair extremely well with the original dessert notes the team loved in the first batch. The blending team further added flavors and created a more layered flavor profile to complete Batch 002-25.
