This special barrel begins with 7-year high rye Kentucky Straight Bourbon, finished by the expert team at Four Gate in toasted oak barrels from the famed Kelvin Cooperage and bottled at 120.2 proof.

Barrel #599 has notes of baked red fruit and leather, with sugar plums and the Christmas spice notes coming in on the finish. It's deeper and fruitier than our other barrel, with a hint of smoke.
