This special barrel begins with 7-year high rye Kentucky Straight Bourbon, finished by the expert team at Four Gate in toasted oak barrels from the famed Kelvin Cooperage. 

Barrel #280 is full of bright citrus and toasted oak on the nose with a palate of baked pear and Demerara syrup and a mulling spice finish. It's brighter and lighter than our other selection, with a more pronounced toast note.
