An expression of the fermentation and distillation process in its most pure form, with the copper pot still imparting flavor uninfluenced by oak, our silver rum brings the essence of the sugarcane plant forward to create a robust yet balanced spirit. This blend of molasses and sugarcane-based rums is mellowed in stainless steel for 3-6 months to allow esterification and smoothness of character to develop. Never chill-filtered, Circle Hook Silver has the full-bodied character missing in most white rums.
