Chefs and personalities announced so far include Eric Adjepong, Gabe Bertaccini, Alton Brown, Kardea Brown, Esther Choi, Rocco Dispirito, Alex Gaurnaschelli, Jeff Mauro, Marc Murphy, and Andrew Zimmern.

This 8-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey finished in Kelvin Cooperage Charred & Toasted Barrels at 105 proof

Nose: Well-aged bourbon bursts from the nose with a balanced mix of baking spices, rich caramel candy, old cinnamon bark, and subtle saddle leather.

Palate: Warming wood spices give way to fallow orchard fruits, soft caramel butteriness, sweet vanilla, and a touch of dry winter spice barks.

Finish: Soft wood spices slowly fade as warm orchard fruit, rich caramel, and soft bourbon vanilla linger on a long finish.
