Anita’s Choice Bourbon is a distinctive six-grain whiskey crafted by Burnt Church Distillery in Bluffton, South Carolina. Named in honor of Anita Pollitzer—a pioneering suffragist and Charleston native who championed women's rights—this bourbon embodies boldness and purpose.
Mash Bill: 55% Corn, 13% Wheat, 10% Carolina Gold Rice, 5% Oat, 5% Rye, 5% Malted Barley
ABV: 48.5% (97 Proof)
Aging: Aged at least 3.5 years in 30-gallon barrels
Grain Sourcing: Utilizes locally grown grains from South Carolina, including Yellow Dent Corn, Red Winter Wheat, Winter Barley, Rye, Oats, and Carolina Gold Rice
Distillation: Distilled on a Vendome column still
