Brush Creek Straight Rye Whiskey

Two distinct mashbills, featuring 4-6 year old straight ryes from IN, result in a perfect marriage of flavor profiles and mature spirits. Each barrel is hand-selected after 2-3 years of additional maturation along Wyoming’s elevated western frontier. This high-rye whiskey is remarkedly bold and appropriately served neat, on the rocks, or in your favorite cocktail.

TASTING NOTES

On the nose are notes of sassafras, nutmeg, and pine with bright notes of blackberry, apples, cinnamon, freshly made caramel, and vanilla bear. The palate encompasses flavors of rose and dried oranges dipped in milk chocolate that are silky and balanced. The finish highlights a hint of white pepper spice and citrus.
