The Barrel-Rested Greenhouse gin – reflects Brush Creek’s deep involvement from seed to spirit, infusing the gin with true terroir and craftsmanship. This spirit is cask-finished in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and new charred oak American barrels in the heat and humidity of the greenhouse.
