Brush Creek Blend of Straight Bourbon Whiskeys

This non-chill filtered, four-grain product, features a blend of 4-13 year old straight bourbons sourced from a collection of award-winning distilleries in KY, IN, and TN. Each batch is cut to proof with snowmelt water captured on-site from the nearby Snowy Mountain Range. The finished spirit highlights the Distillery’s expertise in high-country barrel maturation (7800’), blending, and passion for the American West.

TASTING NOTES

Aromas of malt and dried cherries mingle with hints of new leather and thyme on the nose. The palate envelops a silky coating of roasted cherries and dried blueberries. Toasted oak notes and hints of cinnamon hit throughout the palate and create a refined finish.
