Ben Holladay Ancient Cave Series Double Oak (750 ml) 114 Proof

For the first time ever, Holladay Distillery is releasing a 750ML Cask Strength version of our Ancient Cave Collection. This limited expression of Holladay Soft Red Wheat Bourbon undergoes a second barreling to amplify richness, depth, and structure — delivering a bold yet refined take on our signature bourbon. Double oaking intensifies caramelization, enhances mouthfeel, and builds layered complexity while preserving the bourbon’s original character.

The Ancient Cave is the oldest structure onsite dating back to 1837. The structure has been transformed to include 72 ricks to house barrels crafted with different types of oak, toasting methods, spiraling, and smoking. The cave maintains a constant temperature of 60 degrees which is an important control variable in the process.
