Bardstown Collection - Log Still Distillery (2023)

For our 2023 Bardstown Collection expression, Log Still took an exceptional 8-year-old bourbon and refilled a new, lightly charred, and toasted barrel to let it rest and develop a complex flavor profile. The nose brings notes of roasted coffee beans and cream, while the palate is coated with prominent and intense vanilla, caramel, sweet tobacco, oak, and leather. Light hint of red fruit, a pleasant amount of baking spice, and to top it all off, a slight granny smith apple tinge on the finish.
