Barrel Symphony: Composition No. 1 is a thoughtful blend of hand selected barrels, combining 87% of six-year bourbon and 13% of seven-year rye in a cask strength pour. Our first-ever Bourbon X Rye blend, it brings together maple sweetness, baking spice and a touch of rye-driven depth for undiluted character. Bottled at cask strength for a 116.2 proof, it’s made to unfold with every sip. 

Tasting notes: Warm honey and maple sweetness lead into chocolate, florals, and subtle herbs. The palate layers spiced fruit, baking spice, and rich, doughy sweetness, finishing with lingering sweet corn, dark malt, and a smooth, balanced warmth.
