Not for bourbon, but older small lot Rye Whiskey for our Very Olde St. Nick Winter Rye, an old school item developed in the 1980s and early 1990s. This request resulted in an hours long, unprecedented tasting of some of our odd barrels of rye, all unfiltered, most very high alcohol, cask strength rye.
