12 year old MGP Rye finished in Mizunara for around 3 weeks.

Mashbill: 51% rye, 45% corn, 4% malted barley

Tasting notes: rich and luxurious, with drying tobacco notes, leather and clove on the nose. The palate begins with a warming spice and layers of stewed fruits that gives way to a dark chocolate, and a soft peppery finish.
