Brush Creek New American Gin

This New American gin is uniquely Brush Creek, highlighting their interest to utilize nature’s gifts from the surrounding land, while upholding the highest quality. At the base of this non-GMO spirit is locally foraged native juniper collected from 30,000-acres where they call home in south-central WY. The Distillery also integrates chamomile and coriander grown in the on-site 20,000 sq ft sustainable greenhouse, through a combination of maceration and infusion. The finished spirit is cut to proof with snowmelt waters captured on-site from the nearby Snow Mountain Range.

TASTING NOTES

Hints of juniper are present on the nose, but delicately balanced with citrus notes and soft botanicals to create a wonderfully balanced pour. The combination of flavors is fantastic, allowing for a unique cocktail experience or a simple spirit that shines through w/ a splash of homemade tonic and fresh twist of citrus.
