This Limited Release is 13th Colony's flagship Southern Bourbon Whiskey at cask strength, uncut for maximum flavor. With defined tasting notes, it has a nose that’s hazelnut, sweet Georgia corn, cherry syrup, smoked oak, sweet leather, and fresh-cut herbs.

Aged to taste, not time. Each barrel was aged between 4-6 years

Tasting Notes: Drinks below its proof. It’s sweet up front with cherry pie filling and warm angel food cake. Medium finish that changes from buttery maple to craft root beer and candy shop licorice ropes.
