Please allow 24-48 hours for a response from our dedicated support team. When submitting a question about an order, include the order number. If you received an item that has been damaged in transit please include photos. 

Our team will always do what we can to help but please know in the instance of shipping times, especially after the carrier has picked up the package we are unable to speed up or alter shipping times.
