NOSE: Clove notes spice up a medley of citrus fruits (orange, grapefruit, blood orange), all softened with a delicate, sweet honeysuckle character.

TASTE: Baking spices (clove, cinnamon, nutmeg) flow into a citrus-fruit mix and shortbread sweetness.

FINISH: Soft, with lingering fruit and spice character.

Nose: Strong cherry and dark fruit notes dominate the nose, and some light notes of caramel and seasoned oak linger underneath. Palate: On the front palate, a very brief berry note leads off the front and the flavor transitions to caramel and toasted nut notes. In the mid-palate, the caramel note drops off and seasoned oak and caramelized sugar lead into a light cream and seasoned oak finish.

AROMA: Strong, sweet coffee laced with chocolate, creamy butterscotch and a hint of liquorice.

TASTE: Ripe apple and other sweet fruit, bakery spice (clove and nutmeg), and toasted oak.

FINISH: Sweet and light, with hints of oak and apple that linger a bit.

Nose: Brooding dark chocolate carries light vanilla essence through strong campfire and oak spice. Palate: Musty leather breaks with notes of orange citrus. Sweet cinnamon, smooth caramel and pinching baking spices round a really lovely palate. Finish: Long, rich and beautifully spicy. Really impressive bourbon.

1910 Old Fine Whisky, Old Forester’s fourth and final expression in the Whiskey Row Series, is a double barreled Bourbon creating a smooth mingling of sweet oatmeal raisin cookie and milk chocolate, caramel corn, and evolving spice that lead into a refined, charred oak finish.

In the glass, this whiskey is the bright copper of a new penny, with moderately-spaced legs. On the nose, it has a typical bourbon profile: vanilla, honey, and caramel, along with a candy fruit note resembling a cherry Jolly Rancher. After some time in the glass, a touch of spice appears. On the palate, it’s fairly soft, with more honey, vanilla, and fruit, and a woody backdrop.

Nose: Robust, intense caramel.

Taste: Rich vanilla with roasted coffee notes, spiced dark fruit and mature oak. Mouth-filling. Sweet and intense.

Finish: Deep fruit, spice and oak notes layered over dark caramel and vanilla. Big and bold.

This big spicy 132.6 proof bourbon was specially selected for the 2022 Kentucky Bourbon Festival by Justins' House of Bourbon! We found notes of dried berries and molasses on the nose with banana chocolate chip muffins on the palate and a big mocha finish.
