After four years of hard work, we are proud to announce the launch of Western Reserve Distillers Blanco Agave Spirit. Our journey starts in Jalisco, Mexico with our organic farming partners. They cultivate and harvest only the finest Organic Blue Weber Agave which is roasted and pressed in their very own state of the art production facility. The fresh Organic Agave concentrate is then shipped north of the border to us here, in the USA, where we follow the time honored tradition of fermentation and distillation in our handmade copper pot still. Just like the worlds finest Tequilas. Nose: light agave, floral, citrus Palate: light, sweet agave taste, bright Finish: smooth, nice balance, crisp and light.
