Nose: stovetop vanilla pudding, caramel, nougat, maple syrup, sweet oak, coffee cake

Taste: brown sugar, molasses, classic cola, vanilla bean, Cow Tails candy, nutmeg

Finish: caramel chews, sweet tea concentrate, charred oak, baked cinnamon, leather, white pepper

Overall: A rich and intense Tennessee Whiskey (legally, "bourbon") loaded with thick, syrupy character. While 135 proof, it sips below it. Out of the three samples we tasted that day (blind), we guessed this as the lowest proof of the lot. Turns out, it was the highest (and oldest). And the finish ... wow! Talk about chewy. I have no doubt this will be a hit upon release, so get ready for a banger.
