When we bottled our 14 Year HOB Kentucky Straight Bourbon, we sent the emptied barrels right up the street to our favorite brewery. West Sixth Brewing filled them with an Imperial Stout for a barrel-aged beer full of mellow coffee and chocolate notes bottled 11.5%. Pair with our 14 Year House of Bourbon, full of dried cherries, chocolate, and deep oak notes for a deliciously decadent experience unique to Lexington and Louisville!
