Boulder Spirits Sherry Cask Finished Bourbon

This whiskey celebrates all that is modern craft distilling. After three years in virgin American Oak barrels, our Boulder Bourbon is transferred into ex-Oloroso Sherry casks for finishing, gaining the qualities of the wine as well as exploring a different species of Oak. This is both an homage to the history of whisky, and a nod to the future and to creating new flavors.

Profile: Dried apricot, raisin, cinnamon pastry. Best enjoyed at sunset on a veranda. Three years aged in American oak, then finished for 10 months in ex-Oloroso Sherry casks
