The nose is complex, with aromas of toffee, hints of orange peel, herbs, honey, leather and oak. The taste is bold, dry and delicate with notes of candied almonds and very rich cocoa. The finish is dry and lingering.

A true Kentucky bourbon mash bill. 74% corn, 18% rye and 8% barley. After 12 years of being lovingly cradled in its oak barrel this bourbon was, in our opinion, ready to meet the world. In true Western Reserve Distillers fashion, we chose only the best barrels with the best color and the best flavor. A wonderful bourbon at 100 proof.

This blend of 6 and 7 year old Kentucky Straight Bourbon and 8 year old Indiana rye is finished in Australian Tawny Port Casks and bottled at 121.3 proof. Look for rich notes of dried fruit, black pepper, and oak.

A 6 year, high rye Indiana bourbon finished in Australian Apera Sherry Casks and bottled at 116.6 proof. You'll find a blend of nutty and fruity notes with vanilla and black pepper. 

The fourth iteration of the award-winning The Kelvin Collaboration series sees a blend of straight bourbon and straight rye whiskey finished in Australian Tawny Port and Barbadian Dark Rum casks.
