Just like the original Old Tub liquid, this Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey has not been carbon or chill filtered - only quality screened to remove bits of barrel wood to showcase the true, rustic character of the whiskey - bourbon the way it was intended to be.
In the glass, this whiskey is the bright copper of a new penny, with moderately-spaced legs. On the nose, it has a typical bourbon profile: vanilla, honey, and caramel, along with a candy fruit note resembling a cherry Jolly Rancher. After some time in the glass, a touch of spice appears. On the palate, it’s fairly soft, with more honey, vanilla, and fruit, and a woody backdrop.
Nose: Sugary sweetness leads, accompanied by vanilla, ginger spice and touches of candied fruit. Palate: Black pepper to start, softening into a sweet mix of vanilla, caramel and citrus peel. Finish: Dry with the sweeter elements fading to leave gentle spice.
Look for caramel and dried berry aromas, with hints of dark cholocate-covered cherries. Finishes decadently, evoking chocolate, espresso, Port, leather & clove.

Old Grand-Dad 80 Proof is a cult bourbon with the bright orange label and very high rye content in the mash, which provides a spicy kick on the palate. A very traditional old-style bourbon, not for the faint-hearted. The taste is where the Old Grand-Dad really shines. Caramel, vanilla, cinnamon, corn, nutmeg, and some pepper are the principle flavours. There are some very sweet dessert like qualities to this bourbon with candied nuts, cherries, and a hint of fruit.
Classic Rebel Yell wheated Bourbon bottled at a generous 100 proof. On the nose, rich vanilla, caramel, and stone fruits with a touch of cinnamon and clove. On the taste, waves of vanilla, stone fruits, toffee, cinnamon sticks, and oak spice. The finish is pleasant with vanilla and fruit fading into a long lasting combination of cinnamon sticks, black pepper, and clove.
